Job Applications

When applying for jobs through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and honest information in your application materials. BizXu.com is not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers using the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of job listings, and we advise Users to exercise caution and perform their own due diligence.

Additional Rules and Discretionary Actions

Restrict, suspend, or terminate any Job Poster's access to parts or all of the BizXu.com Platform or Services.

Reject, move, or remove any material submitted by a Job Poster.
Move or remove content available on the BizXu.com Platform.
Deactivate or delete a Job Poster's account and associated information.
Set general practices and limits for using the BizXu.com Platform.
Transfer its rights and responsibilities for Job Poster accounts to another entity, with notification sent to all Job Posters via their registered email addresses.

Eligibility

The BizXu.com Platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years old or older.
Users must be currently residing in India.
Participants must have a valid email address mobile phone number and PAN.
BizXu.com reserves the right to block access to an account if a user is found to be violating any Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
Only Job Posters who have successfully completed the registration process on the BizXu.com Platform are eligible to post jobs.

Participation

When using the BizXu.com Platform and its services, Users can view and apply for job listings from various employers.
To apply for a job, Users must provide details about their education, qualifications, past experience, and skills. Although BizXu.com promotes non-discrimination, some job postings may specify gender requirements. These requirements are set by the job posters, not BizXu.com.
